I don't trust the websites because the product is way inferior than what you pay. If your friend lives in a larger city, call the best hotel's Concierge desk and order through them. If in her city there are no Concierge desks, call a reputable hotel and ask the operator or front desk for local florists referrals.

Nothing compares to KaBloom. Their flowers last the longest and look the best. Never had problems with them. Often had issues with other services I used in the past.
